Our models love it and I am glad you do too. In regards to your loose inner thighs, I have only one thing to say...do this ONE FITNESS REGIME and you will have tight skin for LIFE! Its strength training! But not the standard weight training that only strengthens one body part at a time. The problem is, many woman, and guys, are way too busy to do EVERY body part separately. The best way to do weight training is to do exercises that target more than one muscle group at once. It's called compound weight training. This type of weight training is the best method to tighten your skin after weight loss. One of the things Nike loved about me was the fact that I created an amazing program to using the science of COMPOUND WEIGHT TRAINING. My version of it gives an amazing looking dancer's body that is not bulky, but thin, shapely, and beautiful. You can access the technique I created here. But, if you want to get started right away, here a few of the best moves that tighten your skin after weight loss. 5 Full-Body Exercises For Tight Arms, Thighs, And Butt In Less Time
Hold the ball above your head and stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes turned slightly out. Bend your hips back and drive your knees out as you squat down. Keep your lower back flat and chest facing forward. Go down until your thighs are parallel to the floor and then press back up to the starting position. Beginner: 3 pounds, 10 to 15 reps E Stand with feet shoulder-width apart holding dumbbells, right arm up. (A) Simultaneously lift bent right knee out to the side at lip level and lower right elbow to meet knee. (B) Return to start and switch arm. (C) Repeat the exercise. Beginner: 3 pounds, 10 to 15 reps
Hold a barbell behind your head and rest it comfortably on your shoulders. Stand tall and keep your head upright, with your feet shoulder-width apart. (A) Take a big step forward with your right foot, slowly lower your back knee directly down until it is just above the ground. (B) Switch sides. (C). Beginner: 20 pounds, 10 to 15 reps
Lie face-up, knees bent, feet hip width and flexed on the floor. Holding weights, bend elbows at 90 degrees and open out to sides of shoulders (avoid letting arms rest on the floor, arms should hover just above the ground). (A) Extend arms up and in line with the center of chest, hold one leg to the ceiling. (B) Switch legs.
