The first tip to help you spring into summer is to begin supporting your liver. Supporting your liver means to support your body’s ability to detoxify and burn obnoxious stored body fat. Many toxins that we consume or are exposed to will not dissolve in water. These toxins, called lipid-soluble, will only dissolve in oil or oily solutions. Make sure to go very slow and controlled through the entire range of the movement so you can properly perform the exercise and place maximum overload on the muscles. Do two to three sets every other day along with 30-45 minutes of fat burning cardio. Warm up and stretch before and stretch your thighs after to prevent soreness and promote length to the muscle so it doesn’t get short and squatty. There you have it. Short and sweet. You can get in shape the right way. You have to keep your body in good form and be mentally into your workout. You can do this. It’s simple, but not easy.
