How To Have A Beautiful Face
10 Tips For Gorgeous, Flawless Skin

Hello Miss Victoria!
People say that beauty isn’t everything, but I disagree. It seems people with beautiful faces seem to get all the breaks! They get more dates, they are chosen for the best jobs, they make the most money, and they seem to have the most charisma. I’m thinking facial beauty is the key to self-esteem and I am wondering how I can make my face look more beautiful? You work with models, fitness professionals, and celebrities. I, want to know how to have a beautiful face?
Sincerely,
Claudia
Hi Claudia,
Thank you so much for your question! It is a very important one because so many people don’t like themselves. They think because they don’t look like the models in fashion magazines and on television
that they are
not attractive. But, this is far from the truth. First, magazines use photoshop. Models may have the basics in beauty, but so do you. If you had professional makeup artists making you up daily, you’d look like them too…Lol! In addition, your inner beauty is important. No, they don’t look at this first, BUT, if you are happy, your inner beauty will show on the outside making you look more beautiful. Taking care of your face is very important. Here is how you can have a
beautiful face.
1. Get A Good Nights Sleep
They call it beauty sleep for nothing. Having the right amount of sleep can actually help the skin regenerate. This is also the time when the skin can breathe in from going all day with make-up.
2. Eat A Diet Rich In Green And Other Colorful Vegetables and Fruit
Eating lots of fruits and vegetables can help the skin stay supple and soft. In fact, foods that are rich in Vitamin C and E are good for the skin as it serves as excellent anti-oxidants. Antioxidants
protect your skin again
harmful toxins and basically makes them have an inability to harm you. It’s like your body’s military weapons. Don’t go without eating them.
3. Never Forget To Moisturize
The skin on your face needs to be kept moisturized all the time as this is the part of your skin that is the most exposed to the sun and the harsh environment. Moisturizing your skin will help prevent the appearance of wrinkles and lines that can make you appear older than you really are.
4. Create A Cleansing routine
It is important that you follow a cleansing routine every day. Remember that it is a cardinal rule to always remove your make-up before going to sleep. Turning in the night with makeup on will only
result in clogged pores and
eventually, acne. Although there are products that go great for certain types of skin, experts recommend the use of mild cleanser especially for those who have sensitive skin.
5. Use Sunscreen
The sun’s harmful ways can bring much damage to your skin. In fact, the sun is the number one culprit when it comes to wrinkles and dark spots. The sun can destroy your skin’s natural protection. That’s why it is important that you put sunscreen every day, even when you are not planning to go to the beach or to go out. Experts recommend the use of sunscreens that have SPH 15 or higher for all day protection.
6. Drink Tons of Water
Staying hydrated is the key to a beautiful face. It helps to smooth your skin, tighten pores, reduce wrinkles, and helps to prevent sags and loose facial skin. Without adequate water intake, your skin
can become dull, dry,
and prone to infections. Keep a bottle of water with you at all times and drink at least 1/2 your body weight in water daily.
7. Eat Plenty of Protein
It’s important to eat plenty of foods with protein. With the rise in vegan and vegetarian lifestyles, there is also an increase in deficiencies related to reduced protein intake. Protein is imperative for healthy skin, nails, hair, muscles, cellular function, bones, and more. Speak with your nutritionist as to how much you need for your body size. If you exercise, you will need almost double this amount. Protein is needed to help make new collagen and for making your skin tight and
wrinkle-free.
8. Get Your Workout On!
Your body was made to MOVE! Your body is like an ocean that is constantly moving. But, if you treat it like a stagnated lake, all the toxins get back up. Have you ever seen a pond that stinks, its full
of algae with tons of
harmful mosquitoes and other infectious organisms in it? That’s what happens to our bodies when there isn’t a flow and release of energy. Exercising helps to circulate all the wonderful nutrients you take in daily. It helps to get rid of toxins faster. It helps your skin stay tight and your bones flexible. It is the best anti-aging thing you can do. It can make your face beautiful because it makes you happy and creates healthy skin.
9. Eat Healthy Fat
There are many fats that are not healthy. They are called trans fat and hydrogenated fats. They are found in cereals, junk food, cookies, ice cream, crackers and more. They clog your arteries and make them stiff. Healthy fats are fats like coconut oil, olive oil, and avocado. Your skin cells need healthy fat in order to keep the cell strong. You need healthy fat to give your skin a glow and natural shine. Eat at least 1/3 of your daily caloric intake in healthy fats.
10. Use organic skin care products.
It’s important to realize that your skin absorbs 60% of what you put on it, so why would you want to put artificial colors and other toxin chemicals on your skin that are in conventional skin care products? Organic skin care products fit a healthy lifestyle, they have fewer toxins in them, and they are safer on the environment. Using organic skin care products is like giving your skin food but in a better healing natural way with all the benefits of improving your skin’s
coloration, texture, elasticity, structure, and more.
