Beat Depression and Drop Those Holiday Pounds

I have been struggling the last few weeks with depression and fear. Your newsletters are my manna that gets me to keep my health, my body and my spirit in check. I have gained 3 pounds this holiday season so far and I feel like such a loser.

You will feel brand new when you learn to walk away your pain and anxiety instead of masking it artificially.
