Get Your Body Back Fast!


I had a birthday party for my husband and I haven't eaten well for a week due to the stress and extra cooking I had to do. The two days leading up to the party were hectic so I ate a lot of bad fast food.

Before that I was doing good watching my carbs and getting my workout in. Now I feel sick. I am tired, I have headaches, I am bloated and I cant bare to put on a pair o shorts. What is the best thing to do after a binge like that?

Andrea, Treating your husband with a special event like that a very sweet gesture. I am sure the memories will be forever with him. What we don't want is the effect of your stress eating and lack of exercise to have a life long effect.

There are definitely some things you can do for a quick post binge fix.

I have had to do this many times. I had to pose for a cover of a Germany tour I did and I literally had four days notice to get cover ready.

I was training several clients, so I couldn't crash diet. If I cut my calories way down, I wouldn't have the energy to train.

I am not the typical diva trainer who has her clients work their butts off while she walks around on my cell phone or looking bored as hell staring at her watch and looking in the mirror at themselves. I actually get in the action and guide them through their physical workout.

I put this plan together and it was fabulous. I lost a lot of body water and the inches flew off my waist and thighs. It was the perfect quick fix because I didn't starve, I didn't have snack attacks and I still had the energy to train and tighten my hips, abs, arms and buns.

My photos turned out HOT and the tour was amazing. The people were so nice. They were a little stiff when it came to hip hop, but they picked it up quickly. They were strong and had outstanding endurance. I loved working with them all.

Andrea, you can definitely undo binges of excessive eating, heavy drinking and sleep deprivation brought on by your week of fun. I loved the results of this Quick Fix and you're going to love it too.

3 Day Plan Quick Fix Detox After a Binge Celebration or a Holiday

RULES

The main rule to follow is to eat till you are full, not stuffed.

No added salt, use herbs and low sodium spices.

Drink four quarts of lemon water daily.

Do cardio every day 30-45 minutes up to sixty to flush out stored body water and tighten your lower body muscles.

Get 7-8 hours of sleep. You will lost faster, feel better and have less mood swings

What you see on the outside is merely a reflection of the stored-up toxins (salt, sugar, alcohol, caffeine) on the inside.

FLUSH IT OUT

Salty foods cause fluid retention and puffiness.

Foods made with refined sugar cause spikes in blood sugar and, thus, cravings.

Alcohol and caffeine cause dehydration.

For your body's metabolic system to work efficiently, toxins must be flushed out.

THE DETOX PLAN

-To begin your detox plan and begin to purify your system start every morning with a cup of warm water with lemon. Drink 8-16 ounces before you eat breakfast. Just jump out of bed and grab your cup while you are getting your day started.

The acidity of lemon juice assists the cleansing process, acting like an internal detergent to dissolve excess fats and the cayenne pepper or ground ginger helps speed up metabolism, thus promoting circulation and the elimination of toxins

- Then you want to drink four more quarts of water and lemon throughout the day.

As the stored-up toxins and wastes are released, they circulate through the blood stream before being eliminated.

Breakfast
Next, for breakfast have a fresh fruit bowl of low glycemic fruits that have high nutrient content and a lower sugar content with a some herbal tea or more lemon water.

Cantaloupes
Honeydew Melons
Apples
Grapefruit
Oranges
Strawberries
Peaches
Blueberries
Raspberries
Blackberries
Cranberries
Apricots
Plums
Guava
Papaya

Avoid these fruits for the first three days, they are higher in sugar:

Kiwifruit
Pears
Tangerines
Cherries
Pineapple

The following fruits are very high in sugar. Definitely avoid for the three days:

Grapes
Bananas
Dried Fruit
Mango


Lunch
Vegetables are crucial in the detox plan along with the fruit. They are foods that are high in water content, such as cucumber, celery, lettuce and kale. Grapefruits are good metabolic stimulants; cantaloupes are high in digestive enzymes; and avocados digest slowly and help maintain blood sugar.

A large Salad with selection of vegetable or other fresh or steamed vegetables with, low sodium tuna or other fish. Or chicken breast, baked turkey,

Dinner
Fresh vegetables steamed or in a large salad. Use only low sodium herbs and spices for the three days. Use healthy low sodium dressings for your salads.

Good vegetable list:
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Cabbage
Hearty and Healthy Greens - collards, mustard greens, kale
Mushrooms
Sprouts
Greens - lettuces, spinach, chard, etc.
Zucchini
Scallions or green onions
Asparagus
Herbs - parsley, cilantro, basil, rosemary, thyme, etc.
Celery
Radishes
Avocado
Cucumber (or pickles without added sugars)
Peppers (all kinds)
Summer Squash
Bamboo Shoots
Bok Choy
Sea Vegetables
Leeks
Brussels Sprouts
Snow Peas (pods)
Green Beans and Wax Beans
Tomatoes
Eggplant
Artichoke Hearts
Fennel
Onions
Okra
Celery
Carrots
Turnip
Water Chestnuts

The main vegetables to be avoided when reducing carbohydrates. They are the starchier vegetables and will hinder weight loss if you want to follow the low-glycemic plan quick detox plan for three days:
Potatoes in all forms
Corn
Peas
Beets
Parsnips
Plantains
Winter Squashes (particularly acorn and butternut)

This is a plan to jump start your cleanse. I have designated a three day introduction, but you can follow this plan for a couple of weeks and then switch back to my Quick Start Energy Program to continue losing and then maintain your perfect lean and sexy weight!

Make sure you get back into the cardio immediately on Monday. That will pump up your metabolism, break up the dimply cellulite and tighten your muscles.

You will be back to your happy weight in no time if you write our your plan, schedule your workouts into your calendar and put your health and peace of mind first. A fit and peaceful woman will make a happy wife.

We are to have life and have it more abundantly! Make this week about you and make many abundantly happy moments by taking care of yourself.

Bye-Bye Thunder Thighs!

"It is a miracle that I am standing before you wearing these skimpy red Nike shorts with out a hint of self-consciousness or shame. Two years ago I would have never dreamed of this day.
