The Tilt & Push The tilt and push is a pose that anyone looks good doing. How it is done: Tilt your head slightly to the side, sit or stand straight, and push out your chest. It feels a little odd, but this pose guarantees you will look amazing every time. When you push out your chest, what is really happening is your posture improves with the alignment of your spine. It feels awkward because most people sit in a slouched position. Another technique with similar a similar result is to push out your forehead and ear to the front. This brings out your jawline.
