Hack #2 – Add Resistance Training to Your Workout For Faster Results A lean body workout routine consists of both cardio and resistance training. Many people omit resistance training because they think it will make them look bigger. Many people will walk, jog, and bike for fitness but resistance training is just as important because aerobic exercise will develop little to no muscle, and developing your muscle is what helps you burn fat. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends resistance training 2 to 3 times a week. Using weights or resistance bands 2-3 times a week will help you get lean faster. Hack #3 – Eat A Healthy Diet And Add Carb Cycling Carb cycling is alternating low and higher-carb days by consuming carbs on alternating days.
